Refund & Return Policy – Vanarasa
Because every Vanarasa piece is lovingly handcrafted, we follow a transparent but strict return & exchange policy.

1. Returns: We accept returns only in the case of defective or wrong products delivered. Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

2. Eligibility:

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back unless the error was ours.

5. Exchange: Based on availability, we offer exchange for size or style changes in select products. Courier charges for exchange may apply.
